We most commonly process payments in USDT (Tether) and USDC (USD Coin) – the two most popular, fully collateralized stablecoins pegged to the US dollar. For you, this means the client pays in a digital currency with a stable value, and you receive traditional currency.
How are such transactions handled for tax purposes?
Nothing changes for your company – you issue an invoice and receive a bank transfer in PLN, EUR, or USD. Since your company never receives or holds cryptocurrencies at any point, your revenue and taxes are settled based on standard procedures, just like any other bank transfer.
Are there any transaction limits?
The GoCash Transfer service is designed for B2B and generally has no upper transaction limit, provided it complies with KYB/AML verification procedures. For private transactions or those exceeding PLN 100,000, we also offer our standard VIP OTC service.
Does my client need to be verified?
Yes, both parties to the transaction must be verified. As a regulated Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP), we are legally obligated to apply AML/CFT procedures. Therefore, we verify your company (KYB) and your client (KYC) to ensure full security and legality of the operation.
